Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking. They apply to all bookings made directly with Airport Parking 4u or through third-party agents.

1. Your Rights and Responsibilities

a) You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is roadworthy, fully insured, and has valid road tax and MOT.

b) Upon arrival at Tothill Car Park, you must:

  • Follow all instructions provided by staff or displayed on signage.
  • Remove all luggage and personal belongings from your vehicle.
  • Present your booking confirmation or reference number to our staff.
  • Hand over your vehicle key to our staff, ensuring that any non-essential keys are removed.
  • Notify us of any non-standard vehicle immobilisers or security features.

c) On your return to the UK, follow the return procedures outlined in your booking confirmation. You will need to:

  • Present the bar-coded card or reference you were given upon drop-off.
  • Pay any additional parking or service charges due.
  • Inspect your vehicle and report any damage before leaving the car park. Failure to do so may affect any subsequent claims.

d) ULEZ Compliance: If your vehicle does not meet ULEZ emission standards and the airport is within the ULEZ zone (e.g., Heathrow), you are responsible for paying any applicable ULEZ charges. We recommend using our Park and Ride service if your vehicle is non-compliant. It is your responsibility to ensure ULEZ charges are paid on time to avoid penalties. Airport Parking 4u will not be liable for any fines or penalties incurred due to non-compliance with ULEZ regulations.

2. Our Rights and Responsibilities

a) We will take reasonable care of your vehicle for the duration of the booking period, starting from when you hand over your key.

b) If your vehicle remains unclaimed for a reasonable time after the end of your booked period, we may treat it as abandoned and make arrangements for its disposal in accordance with the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977. No refunds are provided for early returns.

c) We reserve the right to move your vehicle to our secure overflow car parks if necessary. All our drivers are fully insured.

d) Insurance Coverage: While our drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle on public highways, any damage or loss that occurs while the vehicle is parked in our facility will be your responsibility unless it is proven to be due to our negligence. We strongly recommend that you have comprehensive insurance coverage for your vehicle while it is in our care.

3. Exclusions of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage to your vehicle that is covered by your own insurance, including but not limited to windscreen cracks, punctures, wheel scuffs, minor scratches, and dents.
  • Natural wear and tear, or mechanical or electrical failures while your vehicle is with us.
  • Personal belongings left in your vehicle.
  • Delays or issues caused by force majeure events, traffic, or third parties.
  • Additional charges due to incorrect information provided by you.

4. ULEZ Charges

If your vehicle does not meet ULEZ emission standards and the airport is within the ULEZ zone (e.g., Heathrow), you are responsible for any applicable ULEZ charges. We recommend using our Park and Ride service if your vehicle is non-compliant. It is your responsibility to ensure ULEZ charges are paid on time to avoid penalties. Airport Parking 4u will not be liable for any fines or penalties incurred due to non-compliance with ULEZ regulations.

5. Claims

If you wish to make a claim for damage to your vehicle:

  • You must allow us to inspect the damage before any repairs are undertaken.
  • Photographic evidence and any replaced parts must be provided.
  • If we accept liability, repairs must be carried out by our approved contractors. We will not cover costs for repairs or car hire arranged by third parties without our prior approval.

6. Privacy

We collect information to provide and process your booking. This information is used in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We will not use your information for marketing unless you opt in, and we will not share your information with third parties without your consent. 7. Prices

All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to adjust our prices, but the price applicable to your booking will be confirmed at the time of booking.

8. Cancellation Policy

You have 14 days to cancel your booking for a full refund, starting from the day after we confirm your booking. If you cancel after the booking period has begun, you will remain liable for the charges for the days already booked.

Cancellations must be made via email to info@airportparking4u.com. They are effective once received by us.

9. Restricted Vehicles

We may accept non-standard vehicles (e.g., motorhomes, vehicles with trailers) by prior arrangement only. Additional charges may apply. Please contact us in advance to confirm whether we can accommodate your vehicle.

10. Complaints

We take customer feedback seriously. If you have any complaints, please contact us at info@airportparking4u.com or call us on 02030703949. Complaints must be made within 24 hours of your return to the UK.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
